directed to limited access communications over the internet,
to Bic USA of Milford, CT. General Patent Corporation

represented Moen in this transaction. In addition to
the ‘604 patent licensed by Bic USA, the Moen patent
portfolio includes two related patents, directed to
limited access telephone communications. The technologies
